Amy
Thiesse Consultant
Amy Thiesse
is the Director of Nursing at Sioux Valley Vermillion Care Center.
14 years of nursing experience working in a large tertiary hospital,
a 12 bed rural hospital clinic and long term care provide Amy with
the kind of diverse background that leads to innovation and creativity
spurring new ideas for training resources. Amy has a Diploman Nursing
degree from St. Luke's School of Nursing in Sioux City and is currently
pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Nursing from Mt.
Marty College in Yankton, SD.
Mary
Zweber Consultant
Minimum
Data Set (MDS) Coordinator is Mary's title at the Sioux Valley Vermillion
Care Center but caring for the elderly is her vocation. Mary's background
in education as an associate professor of nursing for 7 years combined
with her many years of experience as a care provider brings an essential
level of expertise to our development team. While at the University
of South Dakota, Mary was chosen as faculty 3 times at the Center
for Instructional Design and Development and was twice awarded a Governor's
Grant for Teaching with Technology. Whether reviewing scripts or evaluating
assessments, Mary's contribution makes our products better. Mary has
a Master's degree in Nursing Administration from George Mason University.
